MERCHANDISERS – FULL TIME / PERMANENT

We are urgently looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to join the Modern Trade division of Sri Lanka’s number-one dairy and ice cream brand.

Employment Nature & Reliability:

• * This is a permanent cadre recruitment subject to a minimum one-year contract.
• * Interviews, selections, and daily operational management are handled directly by the principal company.
• * Salary administration and HR management are professionally managed through an official outsourced partner company tied up with the principal organization, ensuring complete job security and reliable, on-time payments.

Requirements:

• * Minimum pass in the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
• * Must own a motorcycle along with a valid riding license.
• * Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or related field operations will be a distinct advantage.
• * A solid understanding of field-level operations.

Salary & Benefits:

• * Attractive monthly package: Rs. 83,000.00 – Rs. 88,000.00
• * ETF / EPF benefits included.
